1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all buyers purchasing goods at www.luruvia.lt
1.2. The seller reserves the right to change these rules at any time by posting a notice on the website.

3. Ordering and paying for goods

3.1. An order is considered valid from the moment it is submitted through our e-shop system.

3.2. The buyer undertakes to provide accurate data necessary for the order to be fulfilled.

3.3. An order confirmation is sent to the buyer by email.

3.4 We accept payments by credit/debit cards and electronic banking. Payments can only be made in euros using the Shopify Payments and Makecommerce payment systems.

3.5  Payments can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bankas. Payments can be made in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.2. Delivery terms, methods, and prices are specified in the delivery policy.
4.3. Shipment tracking information is provided during order fulfillment.

5. Returning goods


5.1. Only defective or incorrectly delivered goods can be returned, and the buyer must notify us of this within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Additional conditions apply, which can be found in our return policy.

6. Buyer's responsibility

6.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and ensures that the contact information provided is accurate.
6.2. The buyer undertakes not to use the website for illegal purposes and not to violate applicable laws.

7. Seller's responsibility

7.1. The seller is not liable for losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the buyer or the actions of third parties.
7.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the website during technical maintenance, having notified the Buyer in advance.

8.1. All texts, photos, graphic elements, and other information on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Final provisions

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
