Return policy

Goods purchased from the LURUVIA.LT online store can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Important: for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

The costs of exchanging/returning goods of suitable quality shall be borne by the Buyer.

Return conditions

To return a defective or non-defective item, the Buyer must contact us by email at: pagalba@luruvia.lt

When returning goods to the Seller, the following conditions must be observed:

  • The goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging (this does not apply to defective goods);

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged;

  • The goods must not have lost their commercial appearance (no stains, labels intact, protective film not removed, etc.);

  • Tights, thigh bands, clip-on, stick-on and body stockings, shaping underwear, chest bands must be unworn and in the original manufacturer's packaging;

  • The returned item must be in the same condition as it was when received by the Buyer;

  • When ordering the additional service "wrap as a gift", the money for the packaging is not refundable.

We may refuse to accept the return of goods if changes have been made to the appearance of the goods or packaging that are not necessary for the inspection of the goods, including damaged labels, torn protective films, or damaged packaging.

If the packaging of the item is damaged in such a way that the item cannot be resold at the same price, it can only be returned by mutual agreement (e.g., if the buyer agrees to compensate for the difference in the value of the item).

Goods that cannot be returned

The buyer does not have the right to cancel the purchase agreement and return the following goods:

  1. High-quality goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, or damaged their packaging, as well as goods that have lost their commercial appearance or are incomplete;

  2. Other goods that the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.

Return period

Goods may be exchanged or returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt.

Upon withdrawal from the contract (returning the goods), the Buyer must send or deliver the goods immediately, but no later than within 3 (three) days from the date of notification of the return to the Seller. When returning goods, they must be properly packaged so that they are not damaged during shipment. The Seller is not responsible for shipments damaged due to improper packaging.

Warranty

The goods are covered by a 24-month quality warranty, calculated from the moment of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is noticed during this period, please contact us by email: pagalba@luruvia.lt

Seller's obligations

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall inform the Buyer within 5 (five) working days whether they meet the criteria for return/exchange. If the goods meet the requirements, the Seller undertakes to replace them or refund the money within 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment of receipt of the goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer.

The Seller may not refund the amounts paid by the Buyer until the goods are returned or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been shipped. The Seller also has the right to refuse a return if the procedure set out in this policy is not followed.
