1. Delivery area

We currently deliver goods only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Delivery method

All goods are delivered by DPD and LP couriers or post offices.

3. Delivery cost

  • Free delivery for orders of EUR 80 or more.

  • For orders less than EUR 80, the delivery cost is as follows:

LP Express parcel locker – EUR 2.15

DPD parcel locker – EUR 2.80

LP or DPD courier – EUR 3.90

Omniva parcel terminal – EUR 2.80

4. Delivery time

The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, depending on whether the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is indicated next to the product. The delivery time is calculated from the date of payment and confirmation of the order. Orders are processed on business days within 24-48 hours.
In certain cases (during sales or holiday periods), delivery may take longer.

5. Order tracking

As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable). This will allow you to track your shipment until delivery.

6. Failed delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver the shipment (e.g., incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient), the shipment may be returned to the sender. In this case, the customer will be informed by email about further actions.
